Transfer Servicing

When servicing rights for loans are sold, assigned or transferred, you can notify MGIC any of the following ways:

• Online via MGIC/Link Servicing: Login or learn more (.pdf)
• Electronically via industry-standard formats. Contact ecommerce_services@mgic.com for information.
• E-mail an Excel file to policy_info@mgic.com with the following information:
  • MGIC Certificate Number
  • Borrower's Name (last name first)
  • Social Security Number (not required)
  • Your Loan Number
  • New servicer's name and complete address
