Servicing EDI (Electronic Data Interface)
MGIC can work with you to provide EDI for all MI related on-going servicing transactions — from the time the loan is boarded to the servicing platform until the policy is cancelled or a claim filed. EDI processing supports the following:
- MI Request, Response and Activation (aka Loan Boarding)
- Servicing Transfer (either by acquisition or same)
- Renewal Billing
- Default Reporting
- MI Cancellation
- Claim for Loss
- Explanation of Benefits
MGIC works with you and/or your vendor partners to integrate EDI per your specifications. Time frames for activation of an interface vary, depending on the scope of the work required.
