Guideline Supplements
- Special Market Underwriting Guidelines (SMUGS) are created in response to market conditions and may expand or limit national guidelines. For properties located in such markets, SMUGs supersede standard guidelines.
- MGIC's Ineligible Projects List identifies attached housing projects not currently eligible for mortgage insurance through MGIC. This list is published twice a year, but is subject to change on an ongoing basis.
